Halifax native Andrew Collier recieved a Bachelor of Music degree in classical guitar from Dalhousie University, after which he continued post graduate studies with Acadia University professor Eugene Cormier in Wolfville, NS and Canadian Guitar Quartet member Philip Candelaria in Ottawa, ON. He has studied at international guitar festivals including the prestigious Iserlohn Guitar Symposium in Germany, Hamilton Guitar Festival, and Acadia Guitar Festival. At these festivals, Andrew has had the opportunity to perform for some of the top names in guitar, including: Roland Dyens, Oscar Ghiglia, Pavel Steidal, Bruce Holzman, Johannes Moller, Dale Kavanagh, Patrick Roux, and Jorge Caballero just to name a few.

            Andrew is currently living in Windsor Ontario,  where he is pursuing a growing concert career, including outreach initiatives.
